1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Description

Harmony Appliance Repair BC provides appliance repair and maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. Our services include diagnostic services, repair services, maintenance, parts replacement, and installation.

3. Service Appointments

Scheduling

You agree to provide accurate information, be available during the window, and provide safe access to the appliance.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and electronic transfers. Our pricing includes service call fees, diagnostics, parts, and labor.

5. Warranties

We provide a 90-day warranty on labor and honor manufacturer's warranties on parts. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction on every job.
