"Kevin was great at troubleshooting a drawer issue we had with our new fridge. After he fixed the problem, he assessed the whole fridge, and even gave us tips on how to maintain and operate it. Excellent service, rated four stars because the estimated time for servicing changed 3 times (12-4pm, 8am-12noon, then 4-7pm) and I had to reschedule some appointments to accommodate... but overall the service time was quick, under 15mins, efficient and professional!
